This proximity ensures a smooth transition should Skilled Nursing care become necessary for your loved one — such as with advanced stages of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

When is Skilled Nursing necessary?

Skilled Nursing is commonly needed after a serious illness or injury. The following are some conditions that often require skilled care for seniors:

An application fee of $300/single or $400/couple is paid at the time of application and is a non-refundable fee to cover the processing of your application.
